Here’s how it works:
1. Design Only (STL File – Digital Delivery)
You send me a sketch, reference image, or description
I’ll design the file in SketchUp
You receive a ready-to-print STL or OBJ file
(No physical item shipped)
2. Design + Print
I design the file based on your idea
Then I 3D print it using PLA or PETG
You get both the STL file and a finished physical print
3. Print My File (You Send the STL)
Upload or message me your STL or OBJ file
I’ll confirm the size and materials with you
You get your part printed and shipped to you

PLA (standard prints, great finish)
PETG (stronger, more durable)

Do you offer custom orders or personalization?
Yes. I do custom orders for both wood and 3D printed items. Message me with what you want, your timeline, and any reference photos. For 3D prints, include your printer brand/tool/game version if relevant. Custom work may take additional time depending on complexity.
What materials do you use?
I make items in two categories:
Wood items: solid wood and upcycled or reclaimed wood (each piece has natural variation).
3D printed items: primarily PLA (and other materials when noted on the specific listing).
If you are unsure what a specific product is made from, check the listing “Materials” section or message me.How do I care for my products?
Wood items: hand wash only, do not soak, do not dishwash. Refresh with food-safe mineral oil occasionally.
3D printed items: wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not leave in high heat (hot car, near heaters) as PLA can soften.Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
Yes. If it’s a gift, leave a note at checkout and I can include a gift note. (Gift wrap availability depends on the item and size.)
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If there’s any issue, message me and I’ll make it right. Return and exchange eligibility is shown on each listing. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Can I request wholesale or bulk orders?
Yes. Message me with quantities, item links, and your deadline and I’ll quote pricing and lead time.
